“…What a day – beyond all our beliefs with the weather forecast as was predicted! We definitely ‘got away with one” a few spots of rain at worst! 41 balloons was a fantastic effort from the dedicated pilots and their crews (three crews got prizes for inflating 10 balloons or more each), the furthest UK travelled attendant was 180 miles got a prize, representatives from Belgium & Netherlands attended! Two exclusive G- registered balloons were brought to the event from Luxembourg! We haven’t done the figures as yet but think in excess of 400 people attended!
The car park was full (we did have an overflow).”
