Bound reports from The Great British Long Jump
The Great British Long Jump is a competition started in 1984 to encourage pilots to fly further and longer than their usual 1 hour and a few miles.
Held during the month of October when the sun is less likely to produce thermals it is safe to fly all day and with careful navigation, avoid all controlled airspace. The pilots' reports make entertaining and informative reading.
