UK Membership

I am a UK taxpayer and want to Gift Aid to the BBM&L this and all future payments and payments made in the past four years. Should I cease to be a UK taxpayer it is my responsibility to inform the BBM&L.  I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
