Description:

A fabric grab tester sold by The Balloon Workshop to test whether the fabric of a balloon meets the required strength in order to obtain a Certificate of Airworthiness. The instrument is stored in the wooden box to protect the integrity of the tester. Full instructions on the operation of the fabric grab tester are on the box.
