The Hedges Butler Photo Album

Frank Hedges Butler was a wine merchant, and a founding member of the Aero Club of Great Britain, (later The Royal Aero Club). He was an early motorist and was introduced to ballooning by Charles Rolls. Between 1901 and 1907 he completed 100 gas balloon flights.

This collection of photographs was purchased at auction by the BBM&L founder, Mike Allen. He had them mounted and bound into a single volume.
